Ft-Limo Terms of Service
Airport greetings
A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick up time. All out of area pick-ups, require forty-eight hours notice. Tampa, Florida, Limo Service is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled, diverted, and delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill client needs, in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reserved clients
No-Show Policy Airport & Port of Call
A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made.
Pier Greetings
After docking it is normal to expect up to 1 ½ to 2 hours to de-embark off the ship. Once you have claimed your baggage please call 1.888.329.8822 or 727.535.9735 and your driver will pull up to the curb within 10 minutes. In the event that you do not see your driver, all passengers must call our number and we will match you up in a few moments. Please do not leave under the assumption that your driver is not there. If you leave you will be charged a no show fee.
Additional Charges The following additional charges will apply:
$10.00 for reservations between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:30 am
$10.00 extra baggage fee if luggage exceeds trunk capacity
$15.00 for all holiday reservations
$15.00 per stop made within the same city
There may be a $40.00 per hour waiting charge on all delayed flights beyond 1 hour . We monitor all flights and only dispatch once we have a received a final ETA. Beyond that, we will allow an extra hour of additional free waiting time before charges begin.
All arriving airport passengers will be met on the arriving ground level at all airports in the baggage area. All arriving passengers must look for their name or contact their driver via cell phone. In the event that you do not contact your driver, all passengers must call our toll free number at 1.888.329.8822 and we will match you up in a few moments. Please do no leave under the assumption that your driver is not there. By not leaving you will avoid being charged a no show fee
Hourly Transfers
Deposit Policy Charter’s
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required on reservations for weddings, proms, night on the town, and all hourly charters. A credit card authorization form and liability form is also required before reservations are accepted. ll vehicles for hourly transfers are billed at a minimum of 3 hours for sedans and 5 hours for the stretch limousines. There will be no portal to portal charge if the reservation is within a 40 mile radius of Tampa. Upon airport arrivals all hourly rates are billed beginning the ETA of flight arrival. At times your chauffeur will not be in the same location as where they dropped you off in between stops. This is due to parking limitations. In this circumstance, simply call the driver and he will greet you shortly. Please do not leave under the impression that your driver did not show up. By not leaving you will avoid be charged any applicable fees.
Payment Procedures
Cash or Credit Card (American Express, Visa, and Master Card) is the standard accepted and agreed upon payment method. Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with Tampa Florida Limo Services by the customer, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the customer and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, tolls, parking, gratuity, Fuel Surcharge, Administration Fee, and cellular telephone charges.
Reservation Method
Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Reservations, changes or cancellations can be done online by logging onto our website at www.Tampa-Florida-Limo.com or may call our reservation numbers Toll Free at 1-888-329-8822. In addition, reservations can be made via fax at 1-727-321-1500. Reservations are accepted up to 24 hours in advance. Less than 24-hour notice is subject to availability. It is suggested that the Customer supplies Tampa Florida Limo Service's toll free number 1-888-329-8822 to all traveling passengers.
Cancellations (Sedans)
All reserving clients are allowed a 48 hour grace period to cancel, however a 25% cancellation fee will apply. If reservations are cancelled after the grace period, full fare will apply. All modifications to the reservation are also allotted a 2 hour grace period. If changing to a later time, waiting time charges may apply from the original time of reservation..
Cancellations [Stretch Limos ]
All reserving clients are allowed a 4 day grace period to cancel, however a 25% cancellation fee will apply.. If reservations are not cancelled within the grace period allotted, full fare will apply. All modifications to reservations are also allotted a 2 hour grace period.. If changing to a later time, waiting time charges may apply from the original time of reservation.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
Tampa Florida Limo & Ft Myers Services and Customer each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party from and against all claims, actions or causes of action, liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and costs arising from the defense of any claim, action, cause of action or liabilities arising out of or resulting from any act taken or committed by Tampa Florida Limo Services or Customer pursuant to the performance of each party's obligations hereunder. Tampa Florida Limo and Customer each agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party for any claim, action, cause of action, and liabilities which may be asserted by third parties arising out of the performance of either party's obligations pursuant to this contract, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.
Insurance
Tampa Florida Limo and Ft-Myers Customer shall obtain and maintain and provide evidence of insurance upon request in amounts sufficient to provide coverage for any liabilities arising out of or resulting from the respective obligations pursuant to this agreement.
Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute concerning the quality of service and / or any incidents thereto, the parties agree that they shall resolve such dispute by good faith negotiation or common law binding arbitration.
Waiver
If one party agrees to waive its right to enforce any term of this agreement, it does not waive its right to enforce such term or any or all other terms of this agreement at any other time. Tampa Florida Limo or Ft Myers does not guarantee arrival at or departure from any point at a specific time due to circumstances beyond its control such as accidents, breakdowns, traffic and road conditions, storms, etc. and shall not be held liable for claims resulting in delays from such conditions Tampa Florida Limo Services reserves the right to substitute the contracted vehicle in the event of such an occurrence mentioned above with a vehicle of like kind and quality. Customer waives all claims for consequential damages and agrees that liability shall be limited to the costs accrued to Tampa Florida or Ft Myers LIMO Services for the disputed service.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida. If any provision of the contract is unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Attorneys' Fees
In the event any legal action is taken by either party against the other party to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, it is agreed that the unsuccessful party to such action shall pay to the prevailing party therein all court costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, and expenses.
Acceptance
If agreement as stated above meets with the approval of Customer, it will be considered accepted in its entirety unless written notice is received within 3 days by Tampa Florida Limo.
